We are not a cleaning company. We select them for you.
The big cleaning companies send in their own people and you just have to hope it all works out. FaceForYou does things differently: we are your platform. We discuss the location requirements, select a suitable cleaning partner and agree how the work and any additional inspections will be followed up. You keep one single point of contact; we keep the partners on their toes.
One familiar, personal face
No anonymous call centre. You get a dedicated account manager who knows your situation, and the founders visit you in person. With FaceForYou, you always know who you are doing business with.
We screen, so you never choose blindly
Every partner goes through our 7-step screening. We assess them against the recognised industry standards relevant to your specific location, before they ever set foot on your premises.
Additional inspections by agreement
A dedicated quality inspector visits the location and documents the work in a photo report. If quality slips, we step in — not you.
The standards we hold our partners to
We do not need to hold these certifications ourselves, because we do not do the cleaning ourselves. We select partners who demonstrably work to these standards wherever relevant to your industry and location. That way you are covered for audits and tenders too, without having to check anything yourself.
OSB quality mark
Membership of OSB, the Dutch trade association for cleaning and business services: a guarantee of professional competence, correct collective labour agreement compliance and trustworthy business conduct.
The 100% Premises Inspection
A FaceForYou inspector is optional at an additional fee. We agree beforehand which areas are inspected, how frequently, how results are reported and what the service costs.
ISO 9001 & 14001
International standards for quality management (9001) and environmental management (14001): well-organised processes, continuous improvement and environmental awareness.
VCA
The Dutch Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Contractors. Essential for industrial and high-risk environments where working safely is non-negotiable.
Code of Responsible Market Conduct
We are committed to fair rates and decent working conditions for cleaners. No one gets squeezed — just work that is fair for everyone.
PSO ladder (social return)
The Dutch Performance Ladder for Socially Responsible Business: demonstrably contributing to employment for people at a distance from the labour market. Often a requirement in tenders.
What this means for you
Whether you run an office, a care institution or a contracting authority: you can prove in black and white that your cleaning meets the standards. No risk, no hassle during audits.
Our vetted partners demonstrably hold the certifications relevant to their work. Which quality marks apply to your location is something we agree with you in advance and record in our working agreement.
A sample check? We check everything.
Traditional measurement systems often inspect only a fraction of the rooms and hand you a score you never read anyway. We do the exact opposite.
