Does FaceForYou employ the cleaners?
FaceForYou acts as an intermediary between business customers and professional cleaning partners. The partner delivers the cleaning. FaceForYou selects a suitable partner, coordinates the agreements and oversees the working relationship.
What happens after I submit a request?
We contact you to discuss the request and a suitable site visit. During the visit we gather the information needed to select a partner and prepare a quote. You decide on the proposal before delivery begins.
What does business cleaning cost?
This depends on the premises, work, frequency and access, among other factors. After discussing your location, we provide a proposal showing the scope and costs. Additional inspections are discussed and priced separately.
What if cleaning is missed or the quality is poor?
Contact your FaceForYou representative. We discuss the issue with the cleaning partner and agree on the next step with you. Replacement depends on your agreement and available capacity; a fixed timeframe is not guaranteed.
Are FaceForYou inspections included?
No. A FaceForYou inspector is optional at an additional fee. If you want inspections, we record the locations, frequency, reporting and additional cost in the proposal.
Can I request cleaning for several locations?
You can mention several locations in your request. We review the requirements and available partner capacity for each one. Work, schedules and optional inspections are agreed per location.
Can I switch from my current cleaning company?
We can help prepare a new working relationship. We coordinate the intended start with your existing agreements, notice period and the availability of a suitable partner.
