1. About this website and its provider
This website is operated by FaceForYou V.O.F., with its registered office at Vlierweg 12, 1032 LG Amsterdam, CoC reg. no. 97637599, VAT number NL868150319B01. We comply with the statutory information requirements for service providers (Sections 3:15d and 6:227b of the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek)). The website informs you about our services as an intermediary in commercial cleaning and enables you to get in touch or request a consultation.
2. Permitted use
You shall use the website solely for legitimate purposes, in accordance with these terms and applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of FaceForYou or third parties.
3. Prohibited use
In particular, it is not permitted to (use that may also constitute an unlawful act within the meaning of Section 6:162 of the Dutch Civil Code):
- disrupt, overload or damage the website, or circumvent or test its security;
- collect, copy or reuse data by automated means (scraping, data mining) without prior written consent, having regard, among other things, to the Dutch Databases Act (Databankenwet);
- enter incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information or impersonate another person;
- distribute harmful software, spam or unlawful, offensive or infringing content;
- use the website for any unlawful or criminal purpose.

All content on this website, including texts, the FaceForYou logo, name and trademarks, images, design, databases and code, is protected under, among others, the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet), the Dutch Databases Act (Databankenwet) and trademark law (Benelux Convention on Intellectual Property, BVIE) and is vested in FaceForYou or its licensors. Reproduction or publication without prior written consent is not permitted, other than for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Availability
We make every effort to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may modify, suspend or discontinue the website at any time.
6. Accuracy of information and liability
We compile the content with the greatest possible care, but we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete and up to date.
